Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Mikiras Guest Essentials website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

You may not misuse our website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with its availability or security.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Because our kits contain personal-care and hygiene products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mikiras Guest Essentials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
